Our manufacturing facility contains a clean room and two-phase blending facility and a separate pre-weigh area for lotions, gels and creams with tanks that can blend up to 2500 Litres. We have 5 highly-automated aerosol filling lines for aluminium, tin-plate and glass with high operating speeds and a combined filling capacity of up to 70 million.

We offer the ability to handle a wide range of products, from 10ml to IBCs. Our in-line fillers are capable of running a wide range of container types, including bottles, tubes and jars. We have heated & ambient bulk and drum raw material storage capability and our product formulations are processed in a clean batching environment. Our purpose-built stainless steel mixing tanks have high-shear, recirculation and paddle mixing and can process batch sizes up to 10,000 Litres. Our Labelling and coding capabilities include pressure-sensitive application including time stamp and batch-coding.

We provide full delivery documentation to cover all legislation and worldwide distribution requirements including EUR1, dangerous goods notes and bill of lading. We also provide comprehensive warehousing facilities for chemicals, components and finished goods.

Between our Purchasing, R&D and QA departments, Reabrook has a number of experienced and insightful personnel to deal with many packaging-related matters, covering product and component compatibility and stability, assessing packaging quality and coming up with new packaging suggestions in line with our customers’ needs.

Having assessed and understood our customers’ needs, Reabrook will endeavour to find the best solution available taking into account aspects of quality, lead time, price, functionality, environmental impact and ability of a supplier to meet those requirements.

Any new suppliers are assessed for Insurance liability, company certifications (quality / environmental etc.) and Corporate Social Responsibility prior to any decisions in purchasing from them.

Reabrook has been audited and found to meet the requirements of standard RSPO Supply Chain Certification Standard.
