What does your job involve day-to-day?
Leading the Research & Development process for personal care products, overseeing formulation, regulatory support, technical documentation and project management across the Health & Beauty division.

Seeing products successfully reach the market and the support and career development I’ve experienced during my time at Reabrook.

Something not many people know about you…
Before pursuing a career in science, I nearly became a professional woodwind musician with ambitions to perform in West End orchestras.

What does your job involve day-to-day?
Overseeing all collections, deliveries, stock control and warehouse operations across the site, ensuring products move efficiently through every stage of the process.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?
The variety each day brings and working closely with a strong team to keep operations running smoothly.

Something not many people know about you…
Outside of work, I’m a big football fan and enjoy competitive games of pool whenever I get the chance.

What does your job involve day-to-day?
Protecting people, property and the environment through compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, while supporting staff and managing day-to-day SHE matters across the site.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?
Supporting colleagues across the business and being part of the close-knit culture created through employee ownership.

Something not many people know about you…
I’m currently learning to play the acoustic guitar, proving it’s never too late to pick up a new skill.

Outside of work, I’m usually in full “mum mode”… busy, chaotic and always on my toes.

I once swam with dolphins in Mexico, an experience I’ll never forget.

I enjoy paddleboarding (whenever the British weather allows for it!).

As a child, I dreamed of becoming a fashion designer, and I still have a passion for fashion today.

Overseeing the smooth running of the sales administration, technical administration and planning functions, while helping ensure customers receive a high level of service and support.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?
Seeing the continued development, growth and success of both my team and colleagues across the business.

Something not many people know about you…
Away from work, I’m also a published author, having written and released my own book.
I’ve also had the privilege of meeting and talking to many of my boxing heroes, including Joe Frazier, Joe Calzaghe, Lennox Lewis and Marvin Hagler. Although “talked to” might be stretching it in Marvin’s case… I accidentally punched him on the jaw!

What does your job involve day-to-day?
Acting as a link between customers and internal teams, helping manage complex product requirements and supporting projects from concept through to completion.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?
Solving technical challenges alongside colleagues and seeing ideas develop into successful finished products.

Something not many people know about you…
I completely rewired two Fender Stratocasters with custom tone circuits, although it didn’t improve my guitar playing.
